Soloan 38/160P gas-fired powder curing oven
Soloan high temperature curing ovens are built from rock wool insulated steel panels with a thickness of 150mm
These panels are assembled using profiles and processed in such a way that a very high insulation value is created. A double sliding door is mounted on the front
A fan burner is mounted on a chrome steel changer
which indirectly heats the oven air. A centrifugal fan distributes the heated air and blows it in through grilles on the underside of the walls
The same fan sucks this air back over the furnace roof. The result is an even air and heat distribution
The devices are placed on top of the furnace roof
An exhaust air duct (puff-off) with a
control valve is installed on the pressure side in order to create a low negative pressure in the oven and at the same time to renew the oven contents approximately ten times per hour. The outside of this oven is sendzimir galvanized with gray construction
