Funcionamiento neumático.
Efectúa el vacío a todo producto introducido en una bolsa de plástico, cerrándola dentro de la misma cámara de vacío con un clip de aluminio.
Introduciendo el producto dentro de la cámara en posición vertical y cerrando la puerta la HELVAC realiza el proceso de vacío, clipeado, corte del sobrante de bolsa y finalmente la apertura de la puerta de forma totalmente automática.
Todos los componentes son inoxidables, con tratamientos especiales y adecuados a las condiciones adversar en las que normalmente trabajan este tipo de máquinas.
Mínimo mantenimiento, aconsejando la máxima limpieza al finalizar el trabajo y posterior lubricación en los puntos de rozamiento. (Utilizar en el conjunto acondicionador de aire el lubricante aconsejado por el fabricante).
Maquina sin bomba de vacío, preparada para trabajar con sistema de vacío centralizado externo.
