Das NK Schleifprogramm ermöglicht die schnelle und optimale Bearbeitung
von Werkstücken mit unterschiedlichen Bearbeitungsmaßen.
Entsprechend des zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes kann zwischen einem Plan-
und Einstechschleifzyklus gewählt werden. Ein angebautes Meßsystem mit
0,001 Meßgenauigkeit erfaßt die Schleifscheibenzustellung und steuert mit
seiner Folgeelektronik den automatischen Schleifzyklus. Dieser besteht aus
unterschiedlichen einstellbaren Zustellgrößen der Schleifscheibe.
Abschaltung der Zustellung bei erreichtem Sollmaß des Werkstückes, ein-
stellbare Ausfeuerzeit, Rückstellung der Scheibe und des Maschinentisches
in die Ausgangsstellung.
Der Abrichtbetrag der Schleifscheibe wird automatisch kompensiert unn in
der Digitalanzeige der Y-Achse angezeigt. Der durch das Schleifen entstehnde
Scheibenverschleiß wird beim Abrichten kompensiert.
