Styro-Cut 500 als Teil in einer Produktionslinie zum Zerkleinern von
Styropor eingesetzt werden. Als Grobschredder wird DS-50 benutzt, der
mit Hilfe von einem Förderband bestückt wird. Danach wird das Material
zu dem Schredder Syro-Cut 500 gefördert und fein geschreddert.

STYRO-CUT 500 ist ein Gerät zum Schreddern (Granulieren) des Styropors (EPS)
Das Material wird in einem Arbeitsschritt von Gerät geschreddert, granuliert und in die Säcke oder Silo transportiert/abgefüllt.
Das Gerät reduziert den Lagerraum um 70-80% und damit werden auch die Kosten der Lagerung und des Transports gesenkt.
Nicht verunreinigtes EPS-Granulat kann bei der Erzeugung neuer Produkte
verwendet werden, als Füllmaterial in der Möbelindustrie oder im Bereich
der Landwirtschaft zur Auflockerung der Erde.
Leicht verunreinigtes EPS-Granulat wird im Bauwesen als Repromaterial
