Это практически революция, так как раньше разборка и мойка, а затем и сборка отнимали много времени и персонал делал это небрежно, неохотно или вообще не делал, но потом о качестве продукции говорить не приходилось.
Кроме того, за дополнительную плату мы можем оснастить линию формовкой повышенной производительности (8-рядная установка) и тогда мы имеем производительность 16 000 сырков/час.
Упаковочная часть также разработана специально для этой линии.
Кроме того, наши горизонтальные упаковочные машины оснащены 2-мя держателями рулонной пленки, а также опционально может быть оснащена системой автоматического склеивания пленки с разных рулонов пленки: после того, как пленка закончится на одном рулоне, пленка с другого рулона автоматически склеивается и работа продолжается без остановки упаковочной машины.
Это удобно для обслуживающего персонала, экономит время, исключает простои линии и не влияет на общую производительность линии.
