Vibrating of core is placed in concrete base built according to manufacturer’s layout - vibro system is located in the core of the mold, which is placed at the bottom of the shaft.
Filling the mold with concrete is performed with automatic unit (concrete feeder).
Operations are automatic with possibilities for manual work.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK (before START):
1. Installation of the mold:
2. The inner mold-core is attached to the vibro assembly using screws and special centering parts;
3. The outer mold is placed on 4 rubber supports and fasteners through them. Each mold has its own mat on which the concrete dispenser slides;
4. Installation of the forming head unit;
5. Installation of the concrete feeder;
6. Automatic operation involves one production cycle;
7. After entering the parameters in PLC touch screen, CP-2000 starts with production;
8. The initial position (before start): the mold in the uppermost position, the concrete feeder in the rearmost position, the nozzle mold in the lowermost position, the ring-pad placed in the mold and the mechanism for inserting rings in the rearmost position;
DESCRIPTION OF WORK CONCRETE PIPE AND MANHOLE MANUFACTURING PROCESS:
1. The concrete feeder moves forward to the frontmost position, belt conveyor for concrete transfer and concrete feeder starts;
2. The vibration is automatically switched on according to the set program;
3. After the mold is filled, the vibrations stop and the feeder returns to the initial position;
4. The mold starts to shape the upper part of the pipe, after the shaping is completed, the outer mold moves to the uppermost position and the core of the mold remains fixed.
5. When the outer mold is removed from the pipe, the lower platform of the machine lifts the pipe with the ring in the upper position and removes the pipe from the core. The pipe ejector is located on the platform that ejects the ring.
6. The pipe ejector pushes the pipe and ring onto the transport chain.
7. When it ejects the pipe to the final position, the transport chain is turned on and pulls the pipe to the transport cart.
END OF THE AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION CYCLE.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK AFTER MANUFACTURING CONCRETE PIPE AND MANHOLE:
- Concrete pipe is transported on the ring-pad;
- During the production cycle, operator takes the concrete pipe to the drying area with a cart and checks the amount of concrete in the hopper of the concrete feeder and the ring-pad magazine.
USEFUL INFORMATION FOR CONCRETE PIPE AND MANHOLE MANUFACTURING:
Concrete pipes need to cure at least 48 hours before removing ring production pad.
Concrete pipes need to cure for 10 days before transport (storage of products).
