If you have a MECALAC AX 850 or KOMATSU WA 80 loader, the MS MIDI vibratory screener is the one for you. You will get the best performance from the screener if you use two loaders or an excavator and a loader to operate it, with the excavator loading the material onto the vibratory screener and the loader hauling away the re-sorted material. In this case, you can sort more than 500 tonnes of material per day. All this with compact dimensions of 255 x 147 cm and a height of only 234 cm. Using Sorters, the material can be sorted into several fractions at once. This screener has a bolted bottom frame and can be supplied with a vibrating top frame. We can also adjust the lower frame to your exact requirements. The MS MIDI can also be easily integrated directly into a production or recycling line. With an output of up to 60 tons per hour, the MS MIDI can screen a variety of materials such as topsoil, excavated soil, sand, rubble, and more. The robust design will be especially appreciated by construction machinery rental companies, while the bolted bottom frame allows only the damaged part to be replaced, thus saving costs. With a weight of 1400 kg, the screener can be transported on a braked trailer with a total weight of 2000 kg behind a passenger car. Changing the sieve is very easy and only takes a few minutes. The screener is only supplied with a three-phase (400V) power supply.
