Description of the plant
The system from the manufacturer E+K Sortiersysteme GmbH is a vibration turntable feeder of type SFA-45 for singulation and feeding of small parts in automated production processes.
Typical application areas are the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, and the food industry, in which components must be prepared in an organized manner and processed further. The machine enables continuous singulation and controlled transfer to downstream processes.
Visible are a vibration feeder trough with a transparent cover, a linear feed path, sensors, and pneumatic components for controlling the material flow. The system is mounted on a sturdy stainless steel frame and designed for integration into existing production lines.
The machine is in a used industrial condition. Visually well-maintained with typical signs of wear.
