Покрівельний фальцепрокатний верстат Ф3-1000 нашого виробництва, виготовлений з можливістю полегшеного регулювання ширини картини. Це означає, що перенастроювання верстата з прокатки ширшої картини на вузьку або ж навпаки, з вузької на ширшу, відбувається спрощено і дуже швидко за часом. Для цього потрібно всього лише покрутити спеціальну регулювальну ручку, яка, обертаючись, зміщує прокатну боковину верстата, разом з роликами, в необхідне положення. Таким чином, використовуючи цей верстат, замовник дуже економить час на налаштування і регулювання верстата, тим самим спрощуючи роботу з ним. Верстат для виготовлення фальцевих картин складається з шести пар прокатних роликів для формування покрівельного фальца.
Верстат може бути виготовлений для роботи в мережах 220 або 380 В.
До верстата можна придбати наступні додаткові комплектуючі, що істотно розширюють його функціонал:
- кліть для ребер жорсткості;
- кліть для радіусних картин;
- відрізний ніж на верстат;
- підлоговий розмотувач для рулонів до 500 кг;
- ручний інструмент для закриття фальцевого замку (1 і другий номер);
- електрична машинка для закриття замку фальцевої покрівлі;
- вирубні преса для виготовлення плаваючого клямера.
