Mini bager K40U je 4-tonski bager, namenjen gradbenim, komunalnim in zemeljskim delom, kjer sta pomembni zmogljivost in okretnost. Zaradi izvedbe Zero Tail brez zadnjega previsa je primeren za delo na omejenem prostoru, ob objektih, zidovih, ograjah in drugih zahtevnejših gradbiščih.
Poganja ga 3-valjni motor Kubota D1703 z močjo 27,4 kW (37 KM), hidravlični sistem s pretokom 88 l/min pa omogoča uporabo različnih priključkov za izkope, planiranje, rušenje in druga gradbena dela. Mini bager doseže globino kopanja do 2.960 mm ter največjo višino dosega 4.900 mm, s sistemom Power Tilt pa se delovni doseg dodatno poveča.
Serijsko je opremljen z zaprto kabino, klimatsko napravo, gretjem, ventilatorjem, USB radiem, nastavljivim sedežem ter odpiranjem prednjega in stranskega stekla, kar zagotavlja udobno delo v različnih vremenskih razmerah.
