- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

1. Cold Aggregate Feeding System
Equipped with 4 cold aggregate bins (6.5 m³ each), loading height 3.0 m. Complete with feeding belts, collecting belt, inclined feeding conveyor and intermediate screen. Belt width 500 mm to realize stable and uniform raw aggregate feeding.
2. Drying & Burning System
Drum dryer: φ1.8 m × 8 m, rotating speed 9 r/min. Fitted with automatic diesel burner with 1:3 adjustment ratio and temperature sensor for accurate aggregate heating control.
3. Hot Aggregate & Filler Lifting System
Plate‑chain bucket elevators for hot aggregate (11 kW) and filler (4 kW), delivering hot aggregate and filler to upper screening & weighing section, durable for high‑temperature working conditions.
4. Screening System
4‑layer vibrating screen with mesh sizes 5×5, 12×12, 19×19, 27×27, driven by 11 kW motor. It classifies hot aggregate into different fractions for hot bins to meet grading requirements.
5. Weighing System
Independent weighing units for hot aggregate, filler and bitumen, each fitted with 3 weighing sensors. Weighing bin volume: hot aggregate 1300 kg, filler 150 kg, bitumen 70 kg, ensuring high‑precision batching.
6. Mixing System
Twin‑shaft compulsory mixer, batch capacity 1500 kg, driven by dual 2×22 kW motors. Mixing time ≤48 seconds. Four hot aggregate bins are provided to produce well‑blended qualified asphalt mixture.
7. Dust Removal System
Two‑stage dust collection: primary volute casing collector plus bag‑house dust collector. Filter area of bag house: 450 m². Matched with induced draft fan and screw conveyors for dust recycling. Emission dust ≤50 mg/Nm³ for environmental compliance.
8. Filler Supply System
New filler silo 30 m³, recycled filler silo 12.5 m³, filler temporary bin 1.8 m³. Filler screw conveyors handle storage and transportation of fresh and recovered mineral filler.
9. Bitumen & Thermal‑oil Heating System
Two 30‑ton bitumen tanks, bitumen discharging tank, circulation & discharging pumps. 300,000 kcal heat‑conducting oil boiler with pipe heating method to keep bitumen at stable working temperature.
10. Pneumatic System
18.5 kW air compressor (capacity 3 m³/min), compressor room, air filter and full set of cylinders, valves and piping for pneumatic actuators.
11. Electric Control System
High‑voltage cabinet, low‑voltage cabinet, container‑type control room equipped with PLC, touch screen, air conditioner and tool box. Supports auto/manual operation, formula storage, data monitoring and fault alarm.
