DRYING AND MIXING DRUM
Drying drum has a special cascade mechanism to pass the material through the hot stream of air. Bitumen and filler are added to mixing section. There are 4 rotary drying drums, each driven by a separate motor with reduction gears. As a new generation design, speed control instruments are not integrated into the automatic control system.
BITUMEN SYSTEM
Options of electrically, hot oil and flame tube heating system are selected by the customer and all units are towable type units. It is easily and quickly installed on the plant and deployed.
All piping are heated and bitumen quantity is automatically controlled by means of mass flow meter.
CHAIN ELEVATOR FOR TRUCK LOADING
The mixed material is transferred through a chain conveyor to load the same onto a truck bed. Stock funnel with pneumatically controlled lid, allows adequate time to load the trucks incessantly.
WET TYPE DUST COLLECTOR
Where emission regulations are not severe, wet type collector option can be offered. The coarse dust pass through a water spray and then a cyclone together with fine dust particles. The resultant waste is transferred to a collection pit.
OPTIONALLY DRY TYPE DUST COLLECTOR
Air laden with dust can be filtered with fabric (nomex) bag filters, if legislation requires it. The exhaust fan installed on the main frame, sucks the air through specially designed fabric bag filters. The collected thus (i.e. filler) is transfered back to mixing section of the drum.

TAMBOUR SÉCHEUR ET MÉLANGEUR
Le tambour sécheur est doté d’une disposition spéciale en cascade pour pousser le matériau à travers le flux d’air chaud.Le bitume et les charges sont ajoutés dans la section de mélange. Les tambours de rotation du sécheur sont constitués de 4 pièces, chacune d’entre elles étant entraînée par un motoréducteur distinct. En tant que conception de nouvelle génération, il est inclus dans le contrôle automatique avec des dispositifs de contrôle de la vitesse.
SYSTÈME DE BITUME
Le choix des systèmes de chauffage électrique, à l’huile chaude et à la flamme appartient au client et tous les produits sont utilisés en tant que type tractable. Il est installé et mis en service en peu de temps.
Toutes les installations sont chauffées et le contrôle automatique est assuré par un débitmètre à mesure massique de la quantité de bitume.
ÉLÉVATEUR À CHAÎNE DE CHARGEMENT DE CAMIONS
Le matériau mélangé est transféré par le convoyeur à chaîne pour le chargement direct par camion. La trémie de stockage avec bouchon pneumatique offre suffisamment de temps pour le remplissage ininterrompu des camions.
PORTE-POUSSIÈRE DE TYPE HUMIDE
Lorsque les réglementations sur les émissions ne sont pas aussi strictes, une option de collecteur humide peut être proposée. La poudre grossière est retirée d’une boîte d’expansion avec des particules de poudre plus fines passées à travers un jet d’eau. Le résidu résultant est envoyé à la fosse de collecte.

L’air chargé de poussière peut être filtré avec un sac en tissu (nomex) lorsque la législation environnementale l’exige. Le ventilateur d’extraction monté sur le châssis principal aspire l’air à travers des sacs filtrants en tissu spécialement conçus. La poussière collectée (charge) est renvoyée dans la section de mélange du tambour.

Сушильный барабан имеет специальный каскадный механизм для пропускания материала через горячий поток воздуха. Битум и наполнитель добавляются в смесительную секцию. Имеется 4 вращающихся сушильных барабана, каждый из которых приводится в движение отдельным двигателем с понижающей передачей. В конструкции нового поколения приборы контроля скорости не интегрированы в систему автоматического управления.
БИТУМНАЯ СИСТЕМА
Варианты электрической, масляной и жаровой системы отопления выбираются клиентом, все установки являются буксируемыми. Они легко и быстро устанавливаются на заводе и разворачиваются.
Все трубопроводы обогреваются, а количество битума автоматически контролируется с помощью массового расходомера.
ЦЕПНОЙ ЭЛЕВАТОР ДЛЯ ПОГРУЗКИ НА ГРУЗОВОЙ АВТОМОБИЛЬ
Смешанный материал передается через цепной конвейер для погрузки на грузовой автомобиль. Воронка с пневматической крышкой обеспечивает достаточное время для непрерывной загрузки грузовых автомобилей.
ПЫЛЕУЛОВИТЕЛЬ МОКРОГО ТИПА
Там, где нормы выбросов не являются жесткими, может быть предложен вариант пылеуловителя мокрого типа. Крупная пыль вместе с мелкими частицами проходит через водяную струю, а затем через циклон. В результате отходы попадают в приемную яму.
ОПЦИОНАЛЬНО ПЫЛЕУЛОВИТЕЛЬ СУХОГО ТИПА
Воздух, насыщенный пылью, может быть отфильтрован тканевыми (номексными) рукавными фильтрами, если этого требует законодательство. Вытяжной вентилятор, установленный на основной раме, всасывает воздух через специально разработанные тканевые рукавные фильтры. Собранная таким образом пыль (т.е. наполнитель) поступает обратно в смесительную секцию барабана.
